Join your sisters for some exercise and fresh air while exploring great hiking trails around the Atlanta metro area!  Hikes are bi-monthly, last 1.5 to 2 hours and are easy to moderate difficulty.

Your hiking leaders for 2025/6 are Ruth Ruehl, Lori Ziemba, Trish Wenger and Leslie Blythe.

SEPTEMBER 2025
Date: Sept. 19, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Location: East Palisades Trail in Sandy Springs; 1425 Indian Trail NW, meet at parking lot at end of gravel road at 10:15AM
Notes: Hiking boots are recommended especially if it has rained.  Bring water and a trail snack if desired.

NOVEMBER
Date: Nov. 21, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Location: Sawnee Mountain Preserve, Indian Seats Trail in Cumming, GA
Notes: Arrive by 10:15 AM.  Park at the Visitor Center.  Moderate difficulty hike, 3.5 miles. Hiking boots are recommended especially if it has rained.  Bring water and a trail snack if desired.

JANUARY 2026
Date: Jan. 16, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Location: Chastain Park walk in Buckhead, meet at the Horsepark Clubhouse parking lot.
Notes: Arrive by 10:15AM.  All paths are paved, no need for hiking gear.  We'll do either a 3 mile or 4.2 mile loop. After the walk, you are invited to lunch at Leslie's house. Bring your own sandwich. Tea & dessert will be provided.
All are welcome to come for just the walk, just the lunch or both. If it rains or is very cold, we will still meet at Leslie's house for lunch at Noon.
