Join your sisters for some exercise and fresh air while exploring great hiking trails around the Atlanta metro area!  Hikes are monthly, last 1.5 to 2 hours and are easy to moderate difficulty.

Your hiking leaders for 2025/6 are Ruth Ruehl, Lori Ziemba, Trish Wenger and Leslie Blythe.

SEPTEMBER

Location: East Palisades Trail in Sandy Springs; 1425 Indian Trail NW, meet at parking lot at end of gravel road at 10:15AM
Notes: Hiking boots are recommended especially if it has rained.  Bring water and a trail snack if desired.
